Abstract

The study proposed to study the concrete technology applied to BIM by applying a literary review. In this line, the design was qualitative, the type of study is review. This is to the extent that the purpose of this type of article is to collect the most relevant information on a specific topic. Its objective is to examine the published bibliography and place it in a certain perspective within the period 2019-2023. The search for information for the literature review was done by consulting the following databases such as Proquest, Scopus and Web of Science to find journals of the highest scientific level. Likewise, it is worth mentioning that to carry out the aforementioned, keywords such as Concrete, construction and BIM were also used; and in English, concrete, construction and BIM. The results were arranged in tables and figures and what was found in the literature was discussed. Finally, after the literary review, it has been possible to conclude that the incorporation of BIM technology can improve the problems of design and construction of the components.
