Establishing the new public management: conflicts and challenges to public ethics. The Peruvian case

It is an article under review that studies the influence of the establishment of some administrative management doctrines concerning the New Public Management (NGP) in public management in Peru. In this study, three doctrinal bodies of the NPM are exhibited, linked to three corruption events that occurred in our country, criminal acts, therefore, the study strategy is qualitative, using the case study method as a methodological resource.
When carrying out this study, the aim is to investigate whether there may be a link between the implementation of this doctrine and the emergence of acts incompatible with public ethics. Subsequent to the description of the three cases, the link that they have with respect to the alternative theoretical prototypes to the NPM that can better treat the operation of public management in the region is sustained.
