Digital skills and learning in the context of the Covid 19 pandemic

The research was carried out under the postpositivist paradigm, with a qualitative approach that consisted of the documentary review of scientific research in relation to digital skills and learning in times of the covid 19 pandemic, the method used was the analytical deductive one. An analysis of the publications found in specialized databases such as Scopus, Eric, Google Schollar, which were selected based on their age in recent years, field of study, among others, was carried out. The main findings were that from the health emergency the educational systems of the world and Peru changed in the way they teach and learn, going from face-to-face education to virtual and/or distance education, highlighting new roles in students, teachers , parents and educational managers, likewise, compared to past years, during the pandemic the transversal competences of the National Basic Education Curriculum were developed more quickly, including "develops in virtual environments generated by ICTs" that are related to the digital competences raised by the European Union DIGICOMP and it is recommended that they should be taken into account in educational
